These Terms & Conditions apply when you create an account, enrol in a course or internship, or pay for anything on this website. By doing so, you agree to them.
About us
This website is run by PetroSkill Virtual Learning ("PVL", "we", "us"), based in Accra, Ghana. You can reach us at info@petroskillvirtuallearning.com.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up. Your receipts and certificates use the name on your account.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Seats and join links are for the person who paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing (for example, company group bookings).
Enrolment and payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars and include or add tax as shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Accrue (Cashramp) and Paystack. We don't see or store your card or bank login details.
- Your seat is confirmed once the payment provider confirms the payment. You'll get an invoice and a receipt.
- If a local-currency amount is shown, it's an estimate; the provider confirms the final amount before you pay.
Joining sessions
- Join links are personal. Don't share them or let others attend in your place.
- Sessions start at the times shown on the course page (GMT). Please join on time.
- Course materials are for your own learning. Don't resell, publish or share them without our permission.
Changes and cancellations by PVL
We may need to change a start date, time, instructor or format. We'll tell you as early as we can. If we cancel a course, or move it to a date that doesn't work for you, you can choose a full refund or a place on another cohort.
Conduct
Be respectful to instructors and other learners. We may remove anyone who disrupts sessions, harasses others or misuses materials, without a refund.
Certificates
Certificates are issued to participants who meet the completion requirements of the programme. We may decline to issue one if requirements aren't met.
Privacy
We use your details to run your account and programmes, send receipts and join links, and, if you join the waitlist, tell you about new cohorts. We don't sell your data. Ask us at any time to see or delete your information.
Liability
We work hard to deliver accurate, useful training, but courses are educational and don't guarantee employment or specific results. Our total liability to you for any programme is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
